Time for reflection
Most people are occupied with family, work and other interests. Our life performence as parent, musician or employee is important to give our self satisfaction and the life we want. Some of us even get to manage our own company or a career as an artist och athletics. Remember that life is about balance and handling the past and the future so you can focus on the steps right in front of you. If you don’t give yourself time for reflection and visualization on the future its soon or later become a struggle to be in the present and perform well over time. Find a place to relaxation and time for reflection and to let the mind sort out what you have experience in the past and get power memories from the past or the future.
This is a film from my mental space in Sjaustru Beach on the eastcoast on the isle of Gotland. I learned the mental training model program from Lars-Eric Uneståhl. He call it the mental room and it can actially be any place like a beach, forrest, room, sofa, top of a mountain or just an image from your inner mind. My place is a real place pimped with real things as a fire, speaker, whiteboard with a wooden frame and candles.
Exercise: When you are in your mental room just sit och lay down and focus on being there.
Give you focus without value them on three things that you can see around yourself, when you noticed three things find three sounds that your hear and them then you find three sensations. Then you go in the order for two new things you can see, two new things you can hear and then two new sensations.
Remember that it sometimes can take a time to find new things in the present and be patience!
At least you focus on finding a new thing you can see, one new sound and one sensation.
And just be there!
